She brings extensive experience in improving operational efficiency, boosting performance, and leading impactful skills development programs. As a certified facilitator, assessor, and moderator, she has trained over 1,000 individuals across sectors including government, education, healthcare, and the food industry.
Her expertise spans quality management systems (QMS), talent development, coaching, and consulting, making her a trusted leader in driving organizational growth and empowerment.
